Dr. Jay Butler retired in 2015 as Executive Director of Horizons International in Boulder, CO after 20 years of mission leadership in Europe and the Middle East. He currently lives in Manitou Springs, CO and consults with ministries and businesses in Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming and Utah. He has served on the Board of Directors of ECMI-USA since 2010, serving some of those years as its Chairman.
