Description
You will be an integral part of the Mikolow church planting team and church community with special responsibility for developing a relational music ministry with local young people. Fusion is a ministry developed by Josiah Venture which uses contemporary music to connect un-churched youth to Christ and the local church. For more information click here.
Qualities
You should have training and experience in youth ministry, be a competent musician who understands that it is not about perfection but about connecting with young people through pop/rock/contemporary Christian music. You will have a passion for young people, music, building relationships and knowing Jesus. You must be willing to learn Polish.
